Description:
Corporate Signature is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Relations Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, marketing, business development, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive network within HR departments of Fortune 500 companies and a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a seasoned professional who can drive business growth, deliver exceptional service, and contribute significantly to Corporate Signature’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and manage high-level strategic relationships with HR leaders in Fortune 500 companies. Act as the primary point of contact for these key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships that align with Corporate Signature’s business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for collaboration and partnership to enhance Corporate Signature’s market presence. Leverage your extensive network to open doors and create new business avenues.
- Leadership in Corporate Services: Lead and oversee initiatives to promote Corporate Signature’s corporate services, including employee recognition programs, corporate gifts, and other specialized offerings. Ensure that all initiatives align with client needs and company goals.
- Client Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery excellence. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of services.
- Networking and Industry Presence: Represent Corporate Signature at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Utilize these platforms to expand Corporate Signature’s reach and influence within the HR and corporate sectors.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or a related field, with a focus on building and managing relationships with key executives.
- Strong Network: A well-established network of contacts within HR departments of Fortune 500 companies. Proven ability to leverage these connections to drive business growth and create valuable partnerships.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers effectively.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Results-Driven: A results-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding business goals. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and client needs. Innovative thinking to develop and implement new business strategies and solutions.
Educational Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
